In order to avoid problems for you and your clients it is imperative that you deliver the requested information according to carriers guidlines.

Beginning November 1, passenger reservations without full SFPD will be rejected by the TSA's Secure Flight rule and will not be processed. Operating airlines that do not comply will be subject to penalties. This applies to all PNRs.

- Travel agent contacts Lufthansa Agent Line who will make the changes in Amadeus
- Lufthansa feeds SSR-Element for Galileo about new correct name, travel agent contacts Galileo Helpdesk
- Galileo helpdesk is updating name in original PNR
- Travel agent must issue new ticket with correct name in same original PNR without passive segments

Any refund and/or sales waiver can be granted depending on the actual case as usual. Please use this procedere from now on.
