The surcharge is non refundable and cannot be waived with the existing Flat-Fee-Pass. In order to keep transaction cost at a minimum, it is precondition that Tour Operators, Travel agents and Ticket Brokers can rely on efficient trade partners supporting lean operational processing. Carriers that do not comply with this necessity will be subject to above surcharge. 

    As a first step, the surcharge will be applicable with immediate effect for all tickets sold on behalf of Air Baltic and Fly Be. Ticketxpress reserves the right to amend these charges dynamically any time or extend it to other carriers.

They will replace resolutions 300/301.
